Top 6 Signs That You will be Single Forever

Are you moping in front of your TV while watching a romantic movie and can’t help but let out a sigh? Are you the center of mockery because all of your friends are already in a relationship except for you? Are your parents starting to act alarmed by the fact that you are still single?

Maybe you are convincing yourself that you are doing great. You do not need a man to be happy. But your friends can’t help but notice and badger in. Then because of their persistent teasing you might also ask yourself, why am I still single?

1. YOU DO NOT MINGLE
Remember the phrase, “Single and ready to mingle”? That should be the battle cry of a single person who wants to end the solitary phase. If your environment is limited to school, work and home, there is no way your prince charming would find you and sweep you off your feet.

2. YOU ARE TOO PREOCCUPIED
If you do not have that space for a special someone, how do you expect anyone to fit in? If you constantly think of work, family matters or odd hobbies, you would not notice that one of the cuties in the office has set his eye on you.

3. YOUR STANDARDS ARE TOO HIGH
Maybe you became obsessed with a pop star or a male character hero in a book or a movie. Either way, you would never have a “real” boyfriend because you set up “unrealistic” standards. Get back to Earth and meet real people.

4. YOU STILL HAVEN’T MOVE ON
You are probably still in love with your ex and constantly try to find someone who looks or acts like him. You and your ex never went well so it is good to assume that if you would look for the same kind of person as he is, you would find yourself alone again. What’s even worse, you are waiting for you and your ex to get back together. Which you should probably reconsider because you broke up with valid reasons.

5. YOU HAVE COMMITMENT ISSUE
The pain that you have encountered before left you with a fear of being in a relationship again. Or in some cases, seeing a failed disastrous relationship could have been enough to set up a phobia. Either way, you would never know if you had never tried (again).

6. YOU ARE UGLY
Simply no one wants to be with you. So start taking care of yourself instead of finding someone to be with. Loving yourself enough will attract people seeing how much you care about yourself, remember you cannot share what you don't have.

There are still plenty of reasons why you are still single but the only way it should bother you is if you are already feeling lonely but you still refuse to do something about it. Being single and happy is a possibility but a real happily single person recognizes the fact that love and relationship are just around the corner. But if you claim to be happy about being single but refuse to leave this status, then you might have a problem.

If any of your reasons is listed above, I guess it is time to do something about it! ;)
