Ladies’ Code member Go Eun-Bi died on a car accident today at around 12:30 AM (Philippine-time) September 3 on Youngdong Highway. The car with the members of the group crashed into a road protective barrier. The driver and Go Eunbi has been confirmed dead while other members with their stylist and manager who were in the car were rushed to the nearest hospital.

Reports are pointing the accident due to the bad weather that causes the car to slipped and caught on fire, but the authorities are still investigating the confirmed cause of the car crash.

Here's the official statement of Polaris Entertainment

"There was a car accident because of the rain that fell at dawn. They were moved to the St. Vincent Hospital of the Catholic University of Korea in Suwon, Gyeonggi-do. However, member EunB passed away at the scene of the accident. Members RiSe and Sojung sustained big injuries, so are in the middle of surgery.
After the completion of RiSe and Sojung's surgery, they must be transferred to a hospital in Seoul. We have not yet decided which hospital that would be."

As Go Eun-bi diead several members also suffered serious injuries.

Reports says their crew was heading in the direction of Incheon before the accident of the happened

As their official agency handler Polaris Entertainment claimed that the car roll over several times before ramming to the roadside barrier.

After the reports broke the hashtag “#RIPEunB” became the worldwide trend, pictures and video posts of Eun are now circulating as she remembers her legacy.
